Learn how to thrive vs. survive by Achieving Greater Bliss

A diverse collection of micro-courses and podcasts from over 25 independent coaches, organized into 5 stages to help you navigate the "head" and "heart" journey to Bliss. Micro-courses take less than 30 minutes and are accessible 24/7.
WhY Achieving Greater Bliss Matters?
If you have found your purpose in life and experience a feeling of deep joy, you are likely already on your path to bliss. For the rest of us, life and work may not seem quite so blissful and a lot more stressful and just plain hard sometimes. Bliss means different things to everyone. Many people equate bliss with being in a state of euphoria. In truth, it is about learning what brings you joy and connecting this to what you want to do with your life. Bliss is a natural evolution many people are already pursuing in an effort to maximize their sense of happiness, joy, and fulfillment. Achieving a greater sense of Bliss can lead to physical and emotional healing, as well as tangible improvements in "work" performance. To find our more, click here.

The Story of Blissometer
The idea of Bliss wasn't even on my radar ...until I experienced my own moment of clarity and inspiration, creating waves of joy and creativity I had never experienced before. What was this feeling? How could I hold onto it? And what was I supposed to do with the new energy it created in my life?

As a trained sociologist and market researcher, I spent months researching this elusive state of being. Bliss has many different definitions to people, and our paths to finding and maintaining Bliss in our lives are just as varied. Searching through the overwhelming amount of personal development books, online courses, and the exploding field of coaching left my head spinning with possibilities without a solid foundation of where one could start their Bliss journey.

Taking a step back, I could see the missed connections happening between "Bliss seekers" and experts qualified to help people discover their own path to Bliss. So that is when it all started...click here to find out more about the vision, mission and values at the foundation of Blissometer and how we hope it will help fellow seekers achieve greater Bliss.
